After initially implementing the mHealth solution, the implementors remained constantly attuned to what was working and what was not. To do this, there needed to first and foremost be metrics available that could determine a problem. One way implementation problems were discovered was by benchmarking the mHealth app data with the paper data. At the first round of data validation, a 78% agreement between mHealth and paper records was found. From there implementation strategies were tweaked until this agreement percentage could rise to 86%.
